We tell you what's actually wrong and what it costs before we touch anything — no inflated diagnoses, no upselling parts you don't need.
Our Story
Pearl Tech Africa started because the people who founded it kept seeing the same problem at business after business: a repair guy who didn't touch networks, a network installer who didn't build software, a developer who disappeared after launch, and a marketing agency that never talked to any of them. Nobody owned the whole picture, and clients paid for that gap every time something broke between the cracks.
So we built a team that covers the whole stack — hardware, networks, software, security, marketing and data — under one contract, with one point of contact who actually understands your setup end to end. That's still the whole idea today: fewer vendors, faster answers, and a team that sticks around after the invoice is paid.
What We Stand For
We tell you what's actually wrong and what it costs before we touch anything — no inflated diagnoses, no upselling parts you don't need.
If something we built or installed breaks, that's our problem to fix — not a support ticket you have to chase for three weeks.
A five-person shop and a 200-person company don't need the same setup. We scope for what you actually need, not the biggest invoice we can write.
Your network engineer and your developer talk to each other because they're on the same team — problems don't fall between departments.
Urgent breakdowns get same-day response. We know downtime costs you money every hour it drags on.
We'd rather install the right cable or write the right code once than come back to redo cheap work in six months.
How We Work
We assess your current setup, pain points and goals — no jargon, just a clear picture of what's needed.
You get a scoped proposal with timeline and cost before any work begins. No surprises later.
Our technicians and developers execute the work with minimal disruption to your daily operations.
We stay on as your ongoing IT partner — monitoring, maintaining and improving what we built.
